Welcome to One Source Agency. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. General Conditions
By using this site, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age or have legal consent from a guardian.
• You will not use our products or services for unlawful purposes.
• You will not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Nature of Products
One Source Agency provides custom printed products and print-related services.
Most products are manufactured to order based on customer specifications and submitted artwork.
Because products are custom-made, they may not be eligible for return except in cases of verified production defects.
3. Artwork & File Responsibility
By submitting artwork or design files, you confirm that:
• All spelling, layout, sizing, bleed, margins and content have been reviewed and approved by you.
• Files meet required print specifications (including high resolution and correct format).
• You own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, images and content within your design.
One Source Agency is not responsible for:
• Customer-approved artwork errors
• Incorrect file setup
• Low resolution submissions
• Missing bleed or margin issues
• Spelling or grammatical errors
Production begins only after final artwork approval and full payment.
4. Intellectual Property
You agree not to upload or submit any content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
One Source Agency shall not be held liable for any legal claims arising from customer-submitted content.
5. Colour & Print Variation
Printed colours may vary slightly from what appears on digital screens due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes.
Minor colour variation within industry tolerance is not considered a defect.
6. Production & Turnaround Times
Production times begin after:
• Payment has cleared
• Final artwork approval has been received
Standard production timelines exclude courier delivery times.
Delays caused by third-party production partners or courier services are outside of our direct control.
7. Payments
All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers available at checkout.
We do not store card details.
If a payment is declined, flagged, or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
One Source Agency is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banking institutions.
8. Shipping & Courier Risk
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been collected by the courier, risk transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage in transit once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Any claims for damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photographic evidence.
9. Reprints & Defects
Reprints will be issued only where a verified production error has occurred on our side.
We do not accept responsibility for:
• Artwork approved by the customer
• Incorrect specifications submitted by the customer
• Courier damage without proper evidence
• Normal colour variation
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Source Agency’s total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights provided under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
