Thank you for shopping with One Source Agency.
Because we provide custom printed products, our shipping process includes both production time and delivery time.
1. Production Time
Production begins only after:
• Full payment has been received
• Final artwork approval has been confirmed
Standard production timelines:
• Business Cards (standard), Flyers, Pull-Up Banners: approximately 24 hours after artwork approval and payment
• Larger or custom items: approximately 5–7 working days
Production times exclude courier delivery time.
If artwork adjustments are required or files do not meet specifications, production may be delayed.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the selected courier service and destination.
Estimated courier delivery times within South Africa:
• Major cities: 1–3 working days
• Regional or outlying areas: 2–5 working days
These are estimates only and may vary.
3. Courier & Risk
Once an order has been collected by the courier, risk transfers to the customer.
One Source Agency is not responsible for:
• Courier delays
• Lost parcels
• Damage during transit after courier collection
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and product.
4. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional courier charges may apply.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
6. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within South Africa only.
